Neat!

I've been doing the Vanilla extract for years!

Of the list, I've done:

1. Applesauce

2. Spaghetti Sauce

5. Jelly

9. Guacamole (heh. Gwak-a-mole, says my brain as I type)

10. Pesto

11. Salsa

13. Vanilla extract

14. Hummus

15. Coffee. Um, hello? Has anyone who drinks it never ground & brewed it?

17. Gravy

49. Jewelry

50. Curtains -- sort-of. I hung table cloths, but no one could tell the difference ...

77. Sun clock (thank you, 3-2-1 Contact!)

78. Bread

84. A pinata

Whoa! Tofu? Also interested in a hula hoop and making Ginger Ale.

Oddly, I was thinking last night that I should look up how to harvest pine nuts (speaking of making pesto). In general, making pesto is kind of a PIA for what you get, but I can see making it a project with all harvested materials ... except the cheese and olive oil.

This is awesome! I am so going to try to make my own vanilla. Surprisingly, I've done a lot of the things on this list, either by myself as an adult or with my overambitious parents when I was a kid.
[this is good]
I've done a surprising number of them too, but of the ones I haven't done, I think the solar power generator looks most interesting to me right now!
